We have reconceptualised the wash basin, setting out to design its interior space - that essential and symbolic concavity that the contemporary bathroom considers to be little more than a hole to drain water. Whereas for us, it is a privileged space, a place of extraordinary surprises: at the base of Fleur washbasins lies a low-relief flower, like Chinese porcelain, like the fountain of an Arabian garden. A flower which may be white, or tend towards different shades: at the base, a flower allows colour, even in the bathroom
